Who You Are Contacting

GreenLink.com.ng is founded and published by Godwin Samuel, a Nigerian travel publisher and businessman from Bayelsa State.

Godwin is from Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, including Okoroma and Sangakubu.

His interest in travel began when he was around 18 years old.

One of his early experiences was traveling to Imo State, an experience that encouraged him to explore more of Nigeria, meet people from different backgrounds and learn about different cultures and ways of life.

Since then, he has traveled to many Nigerian states and gained firsthand experience with road travel, hotels, food, different environments and local communities.

That experience is one of the foundations of GreenLink.

You can learn more about the publisher through our About Us and Author pages.

What Can You Contact GreenLink About?

1. Article Corrections

Travel information can change.

A hotel can change its facilities.

A business can change its operating hours.

A price can change.

A destination can change.

An article can also contain an error.

If you believe that information published on GreenLink is inaccurate or outdated, please tell us.

When reporting a correction, please provide:

  • The article title.
  • The article URL.
  • The information you believe is incorrect.
  • The corrected information, if known.
  • Supporting evidence or a reliable source, where available.

We will review the information before deciding whether a correction or update is appropriate.

We do not automatically change factual information simply because someone requests a change.

Our responsibility is to readers as well as to the people and businesses mentioned in our content.

2. Sharing a Firsthand Travel Experience

GreenLink values firsthand travel experiences.

If you have personally visited a destination, stayed at a hotel, traveled a particular route or experienced something relevant to a GreenLink article, you can contact us.

Tell us what you personally experienced.

Useful information may include:

  • Where you traveled.
  • When you traveled.
  • What you experienced.
  • What worked well.
  • What did not work well.
  • What other travelers should know.
  • Whether the information may have changed since your visit.

We may use reader-submitted information as a lead for further research.

However, submitting information does not guarantee publication.

Where information is important, we may need to verify it before using it.

3. Hotel and Accommodation Corrections

Hotels, resorts, guesthouses and other accommodation providers can contact GreenLink if they believe factual information about their property is inaccurate.

Please include:

  • Property name.
  • Location.
  • Your name.
  • Your position or relationship with the property.
  • Relevant GreenLink article.
  • Information you believe is incorrect.
  • Supporting information where available.

We welcome factual corrections.

However, a request to correct an inaccurate fact is different from a request to remove a truthful firsthand observation simply because it is unfavorable.

Where GreenLink publishes a genuine personal experience, we aim to distinguish that experience from promotional material.

4. Business and Partnership Enquiries

Hotels, tourism businesses, travel companies, restaurants, destinations and other legitimate organizations may contact GreenLink regarding potential partnerships.

Please include:

  • Your name.
  • Business or organization name.
  • Your role.
  • Website, if applicable.
  • Type of partnership proposed.
  • What you would like GreenLink to provide.
  • Relevant dates or deadlines.
  • Preferred contact method.

Partnership enquiries can be sent to:

info@greenlink.com.ng

or

+234 705 802 7129

All proposals are subject to review.

A commercial relationship does not automatically mean that GreenLink will publish a positive editorial opinion.

5. Advertising and Sponsored Content

GreenLink may work with relevant businesses and organizations on advertising or sponsored content.

We believe readers should be able to distinguish between:

  • Editorial content.
  • Firsthand experiences.
  • Research-based information.
  • Advertising.
  • Sponsored content.
  • Commercial partnerships.

If GreenLink receives payment or another material benefit for publishing particular content, that relationship should be disclosed where appropriate.

A business paying for visibility does not mean GreenLink should present promotional material as an independent firsthand experience.

Likewise, commercial relationships should not be used as a reason to make unsupported claims about a hotel, destination or service.

Maintaining reader trust is important to GreenLink.

6. Media and Interview Requests

Journalists, bloggers, researchers, travel publishers and media organizations interested in speaking with Godwin Samuel or GreenLink can contact us.

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • Organization or publication.
  • Subject of the interview.
  • Intended publication or platform.
  • Interview format.
  • Deadline, if applicable.
  • Contact information.

We will review requests based on relevance and availability.

7. Questions About GreenLink Content

You can also contact us if you want to understand how GreenLink content is produced.

For example, you may want to ask:

  • Who wrote an article?
  • Was an article based on firsthand experience?
  • How was information researched?
  • How can an article be corrected?
  • How can a business respond to factual information?
  • How can I suggest a destination?
  • How can I submit a travel experience?

These are legitimate questions.

GreenLink aims to make the source and nature of its information understandable to readers.

How GreenLink Handles Firsthand Experience

Firsthand experience is an important part of GreenLink’s travel publishing approach.

Godwin Samuel has personally traveled to many parts of Nigeria and has experienced hotels in several states, including Bayelsa, Abuja, Lagos, Rivers, Anambra, Edo, Akwa Ibom and Delta State.

When an article is based on something he personally experienced, the content should make that clear.

However, a personal experience is still a personal experience.

It does not automatically represent the experience of every traveler.

For example, two travelers can stay at the same hotel and have different experiences with:

  • Cleanliness.
  • Customer service.
  • Internet.
  • Noise.
  • Food.
  • Water.
  • Parking.
  • Room conditions.

Hotel conditions can also change over time.

For these reasons, GreenLink aims to distinguish personal observations from broader factual claims.

How We Handle Research

Not every GreenLink article can be based entirely on personal experience.

Some information requires research.

This may include current hotel information, travel requirements, opening hours, prices, transportation information, official policies or other details that can change.

When research is required, GreenLink aims to use appropriate and identifiable sources.

Important claims should not be presented as personal experience when they are actually based on research.

This distinction is part of our approach to transparent travel publishing.

Why We Ask for Sources When Reporting Corrections

If you tell us that something in an article is wrong, we may ask for evidence.

That is not intended to discourage corrections.

It helps us determine whether information should actually be changed.

For example, if a hotel tells us that a particular facility has changed, we may need to verify the information.

If a reader tells us that a travel requirement has changed, we may need to check the relevant current source.

The purpose is simple:

We want corrections to improve accuracy rather than replace one unsupported claim with another.

Corrections and Updates

GreenLink recognizes that travel information changes.

Because of this, we may update articles when:

  • Important facts change.
  • A published error is identified.
  • A hotel changes relevant facilities.
  • Travel information becomes outdated.
  • A source provides updated information.
  • New firsthand experience changes an earlier observation.

Where an important correction is made, the page may also be updated to reflect the change.

We do not believe that publishing an article once means the information can never change.

Travel is constantly changing.

Good travel information needs to change with it.

Editorial Independence

GreenLink aims to maintain a clear distinction between editorial decisions and commercial relationships.

A hotel, business or organization may contact us.

A company may advertise.

A business may propose a partnership.

Someone may provide complimentary access to a service.

None of these circumstances should automatically determine what an article says.

If GreenLink publishes a firsthand experience, it should remain identifiable as a firsthand experience.

If content is sponsored, it should be identified appropriately.

If information is researched, it should not be presented as though it came from personal experience.

This separation helps readers understand what they are reading.

Privacy and Personal Information

When contacting GreenLink, please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your enquiry.

For example, do not send passwords, banking PINs, payment credentials or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or contact forms.

If you are contacting us about an article correction or general enquiry, provide only the information necessary for us to understand and address the matter.

We also encourage businesses and organizations to use official business contact details when communicating with GreenLink.

We Respect Different Experiences

Travel is personal.

One person’s experience is not necessarily another person’s experience.

A traveler may love a hotel that another traveler dislikes.

One person may find a destination convenient while another finds it difficult to access.

A road can also provide different experiences at different times.

For this reason, GreenLink avoids treating personal observations as universal truths.

Where something comes from personal experience, we aim to say so.

Where something comes from research, we aim to treat it as research.

Where information is uncertain or likely to change, readers should verify important details before making significant travel decisions.

What We Expect From Enquiries

We welcome respectful and relevant communication.

When contacting GreenLink, please provide accurate information and explain the purpose of your message clearly.

We may not respond to:

  • Spam.
  • Fraudulent offers.
  • Requests for deceptive content.
  • Requests to publish false experiences.
  • Requests to impersonate another person or organization.
  • Requests to manipulate reviews.
  • Requests involving illegal activity.
  • Irrelevant bulk messages.

We reserve the right to review enquiries before responding.

Our Practical Approach to Reader Feedback

Travel publishing is not a one-way conversation.

I learn from traveling, but I also learn from readers.

Someone may know a destination better than I do.

Someone may have recently stayed at a hotel that I visited years ago.

Someone may know that a facility has changed.

Someone may notice an error that I missed.

That feedback can help improve GreenLink.

At the same time, reader feedback should not automatically become published fact.

We review information before using it.

That balance allows GreenLink to benefit from the experience of its readers without presenting unverified claims as established facts.

Our Commitment

GreenLink exists to help people discover Nigeria through useful travel information, practical experiences and stories from the road.

That responsibility continues after an article is published.

We want readers to be able to ask questions.

We want businesses to be able to identify genuine factual errors.

We want travelers to be able to share useful firsthand experiences.

We want journalists and researchers to be able to reach the publisher.

And we want GreenLink to remain accountable for the information it publishes.

If something needs correction, tell us.

If you have useful information, share it.

If you want to work with GreenLink, explain your proposal.

If you simply want to say hello, you are welcome to do that too.

Thank You for Contacting GreenLink

GreenLink started with a personal desire to travel around Nigeria, meet different people, experience different cultures and learn from places outside the environment where I grew up.

That journey continues.

Every journey creates new questions.

Every destination creates new experiences.

And sometimes the most useful information comes from simply talking to people.

Thank you for taking the time to contact GreenLink.com.ng.
